Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction foreman to join our team.
The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for supervising as well as completing the construction projects, this is not just a managing position.
You will be working along side your team using your skills to complete jobs.
making sure that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with crew members and the client.
Duties:
- Complete construction projects - Oversee the work of subcontractors and construction crew - Ensure that projects are completed on schedule - Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success - Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily job notes/ - Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction - Provide guidance and training to construction crew as needed Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks - Strong problem-solving abilities - Valid driver's license - Able to lift heavy items - Abilities to complete the projects.
This is not just to manage.
- Construction Skills, Including the use of tools.
